Call your doctor and ask if they will write you a medication order (a paper copy of your prescriptions) to take with you on your trip. If you’re taking a trip outside the United States, your prescription won’t be valid. You should take extra care to plan ahead for trips outside the country. Be sure you have enough medication to last the entire trip because if you run out, you won’t be able to get a refill.
