Most of the time, the person behind the counter is just not sure if the card and/or coupons will work. They might have tried other programs in the past that did not work. But don’t worry, if the drugstore is listed on our site, our program should work.   

If your pharmacy is unsure, there are a few things you can do to ensure you get your WellRx savings. 

How to Fix it 

ScriptSave WellRx has secured discounts at more than 60,000 pharmacies in the United States, and they are all listed on our website. These pharmacies have signed an agreement to honor our prices.   

If a pharmacist at a participating pharmacy does not know whether they can accept our prescription discount card and/or coupons, they can call our toll-free pharmacist helpline.

Talk it Through 

It’s always a good idea to verbally make sure your discount was applied. Sometimes drugstores will use cards or coupons that are not ScriptSave WellRx. Those cards and coupons often do not have the same deep discounts as ScriptSave WellRx. We work hard every day to get you the best discounts. 

Because of this, before you pay for your medication, ask the pharmacist to confirm that they applied the prescription discount you get with your ScriptSave WellRx card or coupon – not some other program that might not be as good. 

Always Check Your Receipt 

Your ScriptSave WellRx prescription discount will be listed on your receipt. Please compare the amount you paid with the discount that was listed on our website, just to make sure the prices match. If you do not see your discount, then the pharmacist might have forgotten to apply it. If you are not sure, then ask. 

Confirm it’s the Right One 

Sometimes pharmacies will pre-select a discount card or coupon for you. The pharmacist might even switch you to a different program without you knowing. The prices in these programs can often be more expensive than ScriptSave WellRx. 

You should Insist on using the ScriptSave WellRx card or coupon and get the best prices. Bring a card or coupon each time you refill your prescription.
